This commercial elevation showcases a sophisticated play of materials, featuring sleek dark grey ACP cladding contrasted against a large-scale, perforated terracotta-style feature wall. A sophisticated architectural execution featuring a mix of structural glass, brick cladding, and custom-fabricated ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) elements. The facade utilizes vertical glass fins to add depth and texture to the glazing, while the staggered horizontal of movement. The lower level is anchored by large-format grey stone-finish tiles, providing a solid foundation for the lighter, more complex geometric volumes above.

Minimalist & Warm

A beautiful example of modern residential design that prioritizes clean, horizontal lines. The elevation features a striking cantilevered balcony wrapped in vertical natural wood cladding, which is mirrored in the expansive wooden soffits above.
